Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 3 June 2026
This policy explains how Sectorly (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit tourism.sectorly.ai (the “Site”), and the choices you have. We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information we collect
The Site is a static marketing page. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect personal information directly through forms. If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you send us (such as your name and email address).
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are viewed and from which country). This data is aggregated and used only to improve the Site.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use only the following:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics —
_ga,_ga_<id>): set only after you click “Accept”. They help us measure traffic and usage. If you reject, these cookies are never set. - Consent preference: we store your cookie choice locally in your browser so we don’t ask again on every visit. This is not used for tracking.
Legal basis
We set analytics cookies on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics are disabled by default and only activate once you accept.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing your browser’s site data.
